To celebrate and highlight the progress of the 2023 Green Cincinnati Plan, Portón partnered to create an evening to galvanize stakeholders, give key updates, express city and partner support, and thank the breadth of community involved.

This included collaboration on a strategy to identify the format that would create an engaging way of connecting to the work and impact of the Green Cincinnati Plan to date, resulting in the development of an Impact Gallery highlighting work along GCP’s eight focus areas, , Identification of key speakers to give voice to the diversity of partners involved, and a program outline to cohesively and concisely create an interactive experience.

Portón created a framework for talking points, led communication across all program components, including graphic designer and photography needs, and navigated City procurement process for appropriate contracts and billing.
